Helton Falls is located on well maintained gravel  Helton Creek Rd. Which, in turn is located off of State Rd 19/129 just South of Vogel State Park. The Fall is a slide type empting into a beautiful pool. Hiking is a easy short distance down and then up.  There is a lower slide fall you pass before gaining access to the viewing platform. There are steps to the bottom of this slide. As of October 2011, a large tree had fallen onto the viewing platform and pretty much took it out.
